Kyle Lowry dabbing PJ Tucker MIA vs CLE Dream11

MIA vs CLE Dream11: NBA continues to put up terrific games day in and day out and we as viewers, writers, and readers always have a lot to talk about. There are 30 teams, each team plays in 82 games and we see a bunch of offensive and defensive systems throughout the season. And in the context, we can’t also forget that in addition to the 82 games, there are also the Playoffs where the intensity only picks up further. So, yes, as we get closer to the Postseason, let us jump into the game between the Miami Heat and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Miami has been at the top of the Conference throughout the season. The Heat has done a great job of taking care of business both at home and on the road. Their defense looks solid and despite a loss to the league’s best Suns in the last game, their depth has been incredible even when Jimmy Butler has been out.

On the other hand, the Cleveland Cavaliers have been struggling a bit recently and the injury to Jarrett Allen has surely hurt the team balance big-time. So, the burden on Mobley, Garland, Markkanen, Osman, and Love has especially increased to fight it out on both ends of the floor. Can the team continuing securing the sixth spot?

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis

Heat: Can they make it all the way?
The duo of Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo is one of the best complimentary ones in the league. Jimmy has been a terrific presence with his ability to score from multiple areas, dishing assists, playing smart defense, and also pulling down some boards. Meanwhile, Adebayo is an incredibly physical player whose athleticism and flexibility allow him to get in the low post and wreak havoc on the offensive end, pull down big-time boards, and also play motivating defense game in and game out. These two have formed a superb one-two punch over the years, and what mixture do you need around them.

A fighting guard in Kyle Lowry, who has been doing an incredible job as a hustler, defender, playmaker, and can score at a decent chip. And add PJ Tucker into the mix, another physical defender, rebounder, and someone who brings terrific defensive balance. On the other hand, Tyler Herro has brought a ton of offense off the bench and has also contributed to the increase in win percentage this season. Duncan Robinson provides great defense and provides perimeter shooting as well. Meanwhile, a bench of Strus, Vincent, Dedmon, Caleb, Oladipo, and Yurtseven has risen up when needed. Can this bench depth enable them to make a deep postseason run?

Cavaliers: They have the chance to make further in-roads
Surely, the recent window has been rather unkind to the Cavaliers, a team that will now be without Jarrett Allen, and that surely means more burden will be shifted upon rookie Mobley to man the middle. Without Jarrett, the defense can be a little bit weakened as he is able to swat shots and change the direction of the opposition’s players. Mobley is a great defender too and in fact, has already been counted among one of the best in the league but yes, he will need to push harder because Allen also brought high-quality rebounding and inside scoring. But yes, we can’t overlook what Darius Garland has achieved this season.

Garland has certainly been among elite guards and his ability to find open teammates and go for big scoring nights makes him the candidate for the Most Improved Player award. He makes the Cavs offensive system works and with a stretch-four like Lauri Markkanen, the team can expand its horizon on the offensive system. Meanwhile, Isaac Okoro brings defensive chops while Wade and Stevens can fill in well. Kevin Love has done wonderfully well in his role as a big-Forward shooter and rebounder. On the other hand, Cedi Osman is the type of player who can go on hot shooting nights and make a lot of difference. Rondo can also provide some quality minutes and despite missing Allen, the team has a lot of promise moving forward.
