Sisanda Magala is an experienced right arm medium fast bowler, who plays for South Africa team. He rose to prominence in Africa T20 Cup 2016, where he emerged as the highest wicket taker. Then he was impressive in the 2019 Mzansi Super League for the Capetown Blitz by being the sixth highest wicket taker.

The fitness concerns have often been a hurdle for him for the past 2-3 years. In 2020, he was named in the series against Australia and England, but failed the fitness test. But after being the leading wicket taker in the 2020 domestic tournaments, he was chosen again, and then made his international debut in a T20I fixture against Pakistan in April 2021.
Sisanda Magala made his domestic debut in 2010 for Eastern Province. In 89 First Class matches, he has scalped 261 wickets with 11 five wicket hauls and 1 ten wicket hauls. While he has been impressive in white ball cricket as well with 137 and 117 dismissals in List A and T20 respectively. He currently plays for the Imperial Lions team. He has featured in 4 T20Is till date and picked up 3 wickets. He will play his 2nd ODI against India in January 2022.
Sisanda Magala has been playing in the domestic cricket since 2010, and is active in the T20 circuit as well. But, he has not been approached or has given his name in the Indian Premier League auctions.
