IND vs NZ T20I

IND vs NZ: Going into the ICC T20 World Cup 2021, Team India were labelled as the certain favorites. Such had been their dominance in the shortest format of the game, having won T20I series in each of the four SENA countries in the past four years. However, the Men in Blue massively underperformed at the marquee event, making an unusual group stage exit after losses to Pakistan and New Zealand

Now, Team India start a new era under recently appointed head coach, Rahul Dravid and Virat Kohli’s successor as T20I captain, Rohit Sharma. Their first assignment is against a familiar opponent in the form of New Zealand. Kane Williamson’s men landed the hammer blow on India once again at the T20 World Cup in UAE, as they thrashed the tournament favorites in only their second game of the tournament.
