In the first T20I, the middle-order batsman Devin Conway continued his good form with an unbeaten 99 off 59 balls. Then Ish Sodhi took 4 wickets that helped the team to win the match easily.

In the 2nd T20I, the New Zealand team won by a narrow margin of 4 runs. The opener Martin Guptill, who went unsold in the IPL Auction scored 97 off 50 balls and was well supported by Kane Williamson and Neesham. For Australia, Philippe provided a good start. Then, Stoinis and Sams tried hard but felt short of successfully chasing down the score.

The Australia team captain Aaron Finch returned to form with 69 off 44 balls in the NZ vs AUS 3rd T20I. After getting unsold in the IPL, he reacted by saying that this was not something unexpected. He’d prefer to be playing Cricket but doesn’t mind staying at home as well. In the first two T20Is, he was not able to contribute enough to the team. But his confidence must be sky high after such a good knock in the 3rd T20I. He brought up his half-century by a switch-hit off Ish Sodhi which is getting viral on the internet.

Which team can win the NZ vs AUS 3rd T20I? 

The Australian team has set a target of 209 for the home team to win the bilateral T20I series. Captain Aaron Finch stitched an important partnership with Phillipe to set a stable platform for the team. Then, Maxwell scored 70 off 31 balls to help the team finish well in the death overs.

The New Zealand team will be upbeat due to the batting depth in their squad. The players like Guptill and Conway were brilliant in the past games. Then, Williamson and Neesham can also act as good support to the team. In the lower order, Chapman and Southee have the capability to hit long balls as well.
