IPL 2021: Eoin Morgan confirms RR’s opening batsmen

The England captain Eoin Morgan has spilled the beans of the opening pair of the Rajasthan Royals for the IPL 2021. The wicket-keeper Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes are likely to be the openers of the Rajasthan Royals. In the ODI series, Ben Stokes scored a brilliant 99 off 52 balls to help the team win the 2nd ODI match. While Jos Buttler impressed everybody by his quickfire knock in the T20I series.

“I think the more opportunities we’ve given Jos (Buttler), the better he’s got. It’s very similar to Ben (Stokes). The guys just keep getting better and better.

“So it’s our responsibility and the team’s responsibility to present opportunities for them in the biggest moments of the game. And obviously the two of them will be opening for Rajasthan this year in the IPL. So that’s going to be great to watch,” Eoin Morgan told to Sky Cricket.

The all-rounders Morris and Dube will be the first-choice pick, and the bowler Mustafizur Rahman has been a consistent wicket-taker for the Bangladesh team. The batting all-rounder Liam Livingstone played well for England in the series against India.
