Mukesh Choudhary IPL: In a big news update, left-arm pacer Mukesh Choudhary is all set to make his debut for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the today Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 match against Lucknow Super Giants. The Match 7 of the IPL 2022 season is scheduled to take place at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Lucknow Super Giants skipper KL Rahul has won the toss and opted to bowl first.

During the IPL 2022 mega auction, the Chennai Super Kings bought Mukesh Choudhary at his base price of INR 20 Lakh. Choudhary is a left arm seam bowler of the Maharashtra team in the domestic circuit. He was born on July 6, 1996 at Bhilwara district of Rajasthan. Mukesh made his domestic debut in a first class fixture against Railways in 2017 while his List A and T20 debut came in 2019 season.
Mukesh Choudhary first came into the limelight when he emerged as the leading wicket-taker for Maharashtra in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2021. In 12 T20 matches so far, the left-armer has taken as many as 16 wickets at a fine economy of less than 9. Now, he has got a big opportunity to feature in the CSK playing 11 in this game against Lucknow Super Giants.
