The controversy that shook Indian cricket involved Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul. Both appeared in a chat show called “Koffee with Karan” where Hardik Pandya was seen passing off some objectionable statements about women. His statements were termed sexist, and he was strongly called out by the fans on social media. Later, he was reprimanded by the BCCI for violating the code of conduct. BCCI suspended both players by handing them a 2 months ban. A case was also registered in the Jodhpur High Court, but they later received relief from the court.

2. Evading customs duty on watches
