E-Sports have their own Fantasy League in DraftKings

The gaming industry has taken the world by a storm off late. With the inflation of Fortnite, a battle royale game which saw numbers being broken repeatedly, a lot of people are seeing this industry with intrigue in their eyes.

Most of the games are now played competitively, and this format is called the E-Sports. Now, the fantasy sports industry will be venturing into E-Sports, and this will be a coalition of two worlds that no-one saw coming.

DraftKings is the world’s largest daily fantasy sports operator and they are no focusing on getting in the numbers from the E-Sport fanatics. They are offering daily fantasy contest in games such as Player’s Unknown’s Battleground, Fortnite and Dota 2.

It will be interesting to see how The Fantasy Sports industries incorporate the E-Sports, and how well this new addition will be received by ardent fanatics who can sometimes have a cult around their own particular sport.
